Project of one-story summer residence house with boiler room

проект будинку з газобетону в один поверх до 100 кв м

This is a project of a small two-room house. In developing this project, we assumed that such a house is an excellent solution for two retirees who are tired of smell of asphalt.

This budget house consists of two living rooms (14 and 19 m2), a spacious kitchen, separate bathrooms (ie a bathroom and a toilet are different rooms), a hallway, which has a large wardrobe and a boiler room. In the boiler house you can install both a boiler for solid fuel and a gas boiler.

From the living room to the house is a terrace. Constructive scheme is simple. The wooden beams of the ceiling rely on a longitudinal bearing wall. Roof - gable. This configuration of the roof is simple in construction and, with appropriate orientation of ramps, suitable for installing solar panels.

If necessary, the material of the project walls can easily be changed to a ceramic block or brick.
